Proof of Purpose

  • Your home is one of your greatest investments. Making improvements can deliver many positive benefits. Our home improvement loans have been developed to support members. In order to expedite the loan approval process, we will require evidence of the works being financed.

Repayment Capacity

  • It is our responsibility to ensure members have the capacity to repay any loan they apply for. We do this through our thorough approach to loan underwriting. This is done to protect our members and their financial wellbeing.

How to apply

How To Apply

Existing members can apply online or in-branch (Dublin or Shannon). If you have online banking, the application is quick and easy. If not, you will need to complete our Loan Application form and deliver it in-branch where a member of staff can assist you.
